Alex is an instructional technology consultant working with Confluence, Respondus, and UICapture (Panopto). He has a MS in library and information science from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign

Sara is the administrative services coordinator for the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology. Her role includes project management support for the Academic Technology Advisory Council, general event support, meeting facilitation, and calendar management.

As the manager of OTLT enterprise instructional technology, Gretchen leads the team and provides overall strategy and guidance in the service management and tier-three support for ICON, UICapture, Top Hat, Gradescope, Elements of Success, and other services.

Lauren is an IT support consultant on the Enterprise Instructional Technology team, where she provides service management and tier-three user support for several UI-supported instructional services.

As part of Learning Spaces Technology, Robert oversees classroom technology support.

Christopher Clark is the director of the Learning Spaces Technology team.

Bryan is an IT support consultant with Learning Spaces Technology.

Jeremy Dietmeier is a course improvement coordinator. He provides support and coordination for improvement projects across campus, with a special focus on Hawkeye Introductory Course work.

Andrew focuses on providing support, including installation, set up, operation, troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of audiovisual systems and related technologies.

Michael provides support and training for various platforms and services on campus including digital media streaming, UICapture, and ICON.
