As the associate director of OTLT enterprise instructional technology, Gretchen leads the team and provides overall strategy and guidance in the service management and Tier3 support for ICON, UICapture, Top Hat, Gradescope, Elements of Success, and other services.

Gretchen has a long history of working with instructional technology and is skilled in leading change, streamlining support options, and adopting ITSM strategies to ensure Iowa’s faculty, students, and staff are well-informed and supported in their instructional technology usage.
