Lauren is a senior IT support consultant on the Enterprise Instructional Technology team, where she provides service management and tier-three user support for several UI-supported instructional services. Before OTLT, Lauren worked as an instructional services specialist in the Center for Language and Culture Learning, where she worked primarily with the American Sign Language faculty at Iowa. Lauren's strengths include technical support, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and accessibility.
