As the communications specialist, Amanda creates, coordinates, and analyzes communications for the department.

Salim works to help faculty members make data-informed decisions about their courses.

Ashley joined the OTLT Learning Spaces Technology team as a senior IT support consultant. In her role, she provides oversight of all computer operations in university classrooms and instructional technology centers, including software and hardware procurement.

Valerie, a member of OTLT’s Academic Technologies team, manages the ICON Direct inclusive access program.

In her role as the executive director for the ITS Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology at the University of Iowa, Maggie leads the instructional technology needs of the campus, including technology in learning spaces across campus and large-scale instructional technology projects and services.

As a course improvement partner, eden serves as a facilitator, convener, and subject matter expert for course-based continuous improvement efforts focused on student success, including the Excellence in Teaching and Learning P3 Initiative and projects with other campus units.

Aaron Krutsinger is a communications infrastructure engineer with Learning Spaces Technology.

Dave is the director of Instructional Services. 

Victoria is the associate director of Academic Technologies, part of Instructional Services. She provides support, training, and consultation for ICON, student response systems, and various other enterprise instructional technology services.
