Tech Tools for Group Projects

Group work can be an important way to support student learning, but challenging to facilitate. In this workshop, we will talk about three tools that can support group projects: Microsoft Teams, Peerceptiv, and Pressbooks. The goal is to introduce these tools, their features and to help participants think about the possibilities for their courses.
LaTeX Accessibility with MathJax and Pressbooks

LaTeX markup language is an efficient and powerful way to prepare mathematical equations and formulae to share with others, but PDF outputs of LaTeX don't meet important accessibility standards. This training will demonstrate how to transform your LaTeX files into HTML, use MathJax to make them more accessible, and share them with others in the Pressbooks platform.
