Absolutely. You can cut and paste each chapter into Pressbooks or use the Microsoft Word importer.

Using Pressbooks in your teaching, either with your own content or an adopted Open Educational Resource, can benefit your students with material that has been selected and tailored to your instructional needs. For best practices in involving students with the making of open textbooks, read A Guide to Making Open Textbooks with Students.

There are many other resources online to help you with your Pressbooks questions, such as the Pressbooks User Guide and the Pressbooks 101 book from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. If you prefer watching videos to learn about Pressbooks, there is a Pressbooks YouTube channel with a variety of video tutorials.

The Pressbooks knowledge base is full of answers for your questions.
