Note Depot is a centralized platform in ICON designed to simplify access to two key note-taking resources for students and instructors: LectureAI and the Note Taking Exchange. Developed by AIS Enterprise Student Systems, Note Depot supports learning through two distinct class notes solutions:

• LectureAI: Leverages artificial intelligence to generate notes from recorded Panopto (UICapture) lectures. This feature began pilot testing in spring 2025. Please allow up to 24 hours to process new materials.
• Note Taking Exchange: Facilitates note sharing by allowing designated individuals to typed contribute notes. Notetakers must be approved and designated by the instructor before their notes can be shared through the exchange.
