Alex is an instructional technology consultant working with Confluence, Respondus, and UICapture (Panopto). He has a MS in library and information science from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign

Lauren is an IT support consultant on the Enterprise Instructional Technology team, where she provides service management and tier-three user support for several UI-supported instructional services.

As part of the Learning Spaces Technology, Robert provides classroom service and supports faculty through one-on-one classroom technology consultation and training.

Christopher Clark is the director of the Learning Spaces Technology team.

Jeremy Dietmeier is a course improvement coordinator. He provides support and coordination for improvement projects across campus, with a special focus on Hawkeye Introductory Course work.

Andrew focuses on providing support, including installation, set up, operation, troubleshooting, repair, and documentation of audiovisual systems and related technologies.

Michael provides support and training for various platforms and services on campus including digital media streaming, UICapture, and ICON.

As the communications specialist, Amanda creates, coordinates, and analyzes communications for the department.

Salim works to help faculty members make data-informed decisions about their courses.
