How are University of Iowa students using AI tools in and out of class?
Plan to join What Your Students Wish You Knew About AI on Tuesday, Nov. 17, at 8:30 a.m. to hear from our Student Instructional Technology Assistant (SITA) team.
SITA is a group of UI students who are trained in UI-supported instructional technology and can help instructors with technical aspects of ICON as well as provide a student perspective.
Students recognize that AI will continue to shape their future in academic, professional, and personal pursuits. However, students and instructors are still figuring out how and when to use these tools and uncertainty with guidelines can make it challenging to use them effectively. This session will cover helpful ways instructors are discussing AI in their courses and things students wish they would include.
If you’re interested in working with a SITA, email [email protected] or book a meeting at tinyurl.com/bookasita.
