During the week of March 9, the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology will offer accessibility-focused workshops and open office hours every day. All instructors are invited to attend and take advantage of the resources available.
Each session will focus on a different topic-based training:
- LaTeX Accessibility with MathJax and Pressbooks
- Available at 8:30 a.m. March 9, 8:30 a.m. April 21 and noon on May 20
- Course Accessibility for Everyone (CAFÉ)
- Available at 8:30 a.m. March 10 and noon on May 7
- Anthology Ally: an ICON Course Accessibility Tool
- Available at 8:30 a.m. March 11 and noon on April 28
- PDF Fixes for Accessibility
- Available at 8:30 a.m. March 12 and at 4 p.m. April 17
Throughout the week, OTLT will offer drop-in Course Help for Accessibility in ICON (CHAI) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in-person in 2070E University Capitol Centre CoWork Commons and online. OTLT staff will support instructors with one-on-one consultations and brainstorming solutions for course accessibility needs. Registration is not required for CHAI.
