As with every summer, the OTLT Learning Spaces Technology team worked behind the scenes, refreshing and upgrading classrooms across campus. Here’s a look at some of the improvements.

The team worked on standardizing classroom technology. Three auditoriums were equipped with similar lectern configurations, facilitating seamless transitions between rooms. An additional fourteen classrooms were upgraded with new height-adjustable lecterns that feature expanded workspace.

As part of a significant capital project with the Health Sciences Academic Building, the team installed new equipment and integrated advanced control panels in seven classrooms and several conference rooms. Through close collaboration with partners, they ensured secure network access and introduced enhanced device management solutions, including the provision of MAC addresses and hostnames for classroom technology.

These upgrades reflect our commitment to providing dependable, accessible, and user-friendly learning spaces for teaching.
