The ICON and Office 365 integration allows instructors and students to use, create, share, and collaborate on files from Office 365 in ICON.

The Office 365 integration appears in several areas in ICON such as Assignments, Collaborations, and Modules. There is also an integration with the Rich Content Editor that opens up even more areas for connecting a course to a user’s OneDrive for Business, such as in Announcements, Discussions, and Quizzes.

When using the ICON and Office 365 integration, users will log in with their HawkID and password to allow Office 365 to connect their information to ICON. If a user is not able to view a file, check the document viewing permissions in Office 365 to ensure that the user has permission to view that document.
