 To help ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly request that instructors submit grades for DEO review by Tuesday, Aug.11. Lists lacking DEO approval will result in "O" grades being entered on transcripts, indicating no grade reported.

 Off-cycle courses have ten days from the end date to submit final grades. Double-check your deadline on your My Courses dashboard.

Summer 2026 attendance lists are available for full six-week II (June 29 - Aug. 6) subsession. If your class starts after deadline, or if final grades are open or submitted, no need to submit attendance.

 Academic Engagement: To establish federal financial aid eligibility, students must attend all registered classes at least once during the first ten days of each semester. If instructors report a student as not attending, financial aid may be cancelled or reduced.

Starting July 1, the ICON archive process will begin archiving older, unused ICON course sites. Courses that are archived do not need to be remediated for accessibility. To learn more, visit the Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology website.
