Follett Discover is a catalog offering easy-to-use access to all course material for instructors and students. Watch the tutorial video to learn more about Follett Discover, including overview information, benefits, and features of the platform. Note that while Follett Discover is visible in both registrar and non-registrar courses, it can only be used in registrar courses.
Registrar courses will have Follett Discover automatically enabled in the ICON course navigation menu. To access the service, click on the navigation menu item. This will open a new tab, and instructors can log in using their HawkID and password. The faculty demo tutorial video offers more information for instructors interested in using Follett Discover.
If instructors are not planning on using Follett Discover in their registrar courses, it can be removed from the ICON course navigation menu.
- Click on Settings at the bottom of the course navigation menu in ICON.
- Click on Navigation.
- Click and drag Follett Discover from the top list of enabled navigation menu items to the bottom list of hidden navigation items.
For students enrolled in registrar courses with Follett Discover enabled, clicking on Follett Discover in the navigation menu will open a new tab. Students will log in to Follett Discover using their HawkID and password.
