Data-Informed Teaching Community of Practice Meeting

Data-Informed Teaching Community of Practice Meeting promotional image

The Data-Informed Teaching Community of Practice is a faculty community for those who are interested in using data from learning environments (scores on assignments, survey responses, analytics from ICON usage) to improve student success at the course and/or program level. Please register to attend.

This academic year, we are developing a shared resource to help campus instructors better understand available data and how to incorporate it into their decision-making processes. It will be a great time for new members to jump in and shape the direction of these resources to ensure they are relevant for a variety of disciplines and course structures.

We invite all faculty who are interested in these topics to join us!

The Office of Teaching, Learning, and Technology provides expertise, tools, and services to optimize teaching and learning through learning sciences research, ICON, teaching and learning data, and advanced classroom and instructional technology. To learn more about the services we offer, please visit our website at teach.its.uiowa.edu.
