Inclusive teaching is effective teaching. Inclusive pedagogy incorporates diverse perspectives, enriching the process of intellectual inquiry. It also increases students’ sense of belonging in the classroom and the university, supporting their learning and persistence.

Inclusive pedagogies inform all OTLT Center for Teaching programming, and we also facilitate workshops focused specifically on inclusive teaching.
