As instructors contemplate ways to interact with their students in the classroom, they may want to review classroom technology. The OTLT Learning Spaces Technology team provides support for technology-equipped learning spaces across campus, from classroom technology demonstrations to A/V design and installation.

Tours and Technology Demonstrations

Instructors who want to visit a campus learning space can request a classroom tour or schedule an on-site demonstration to visit specific learning spaces and interact with classroom technologies, such as A/V systems, Mersive Solstice Pods, and WolfVision document cameras.

Learning Spaces Software Request

Did you know that you can request the installation of software in University Classrooms, Instructional Technology Centers (ITCs), or any other space managed by the Learning Spaces Technology team?

Please allow up to two weeks for review, processing, and deployment of the software.  

Requests for software should be made through your extended technical support consultant. Contact your departmental admin if you require assistance identifying your extended technical support consultant.

Learning Spaces Design and Installation Consultation Request

The Learning Space Technology A/V Design and Installation team provides free consultations on the design and redesign of UI campus spaces. With staff certified in a variety of equipment and fields, including Extron, AMX, Dell, and Crestron, the team can plan a system designed to meet the needs and goals of any campus space. Notable projects completed by the team include:
